Promises I promise to be thankful for you.  Whether big days or small days, amazing days or annoying days, holidays or Tuesdays I will celebrate our time together. I will be thankful for you. I promise to respect you.  I fell in love with you because you are such a good man - passionate, smart and moral.  I will not take those things for granted.  In my words and in my actions I will respect you. I will support you in life’s challenges, in your ideas, in this Inkling and all your future inklings.  Sometimes that means just listening, sometimes it’s problem solving, sometimes it’s apologizing, sometimes it’s bearing with the computer face.  I will support you. I promise that someday I will learn to parent along side you.  We will make mistakes, but I will try my hardest and do my best to raise good children into good people.  I will have fun with our kids.  I’ll let them get dirty.  Most important of all, I will love them tenderly and with all of my heart.  I will parent along side you. I promise that I will make memories and build my life with you.  I will dream with you and live our dreams.  I will do the good stuff and the hard stuff as your partner.  I will love you - yesterday, today and always.  I will build my life with you.
