My loving hub has asked that I start blogging.  In effort to be a good wife, and because he’s probably right, I’m thinking there’s no time like the present.
I’ve been flying a lot again lately, and on my way from work to the airport I’ve been stopping at Bari Foods for one of these beauties - a 9 inch caprese sandwich with artichokes, red peppers and balsamic vinegar.  This, and Adam’s pad thai, are my two favorite things about being vegetarian.
